Diana helped us sell our home in the Saddle Creek subdivision in Roswell. She was awesome to work with on so many levels. Her suggestions were spot on in terms of timing to list, establishing the price, staging & photography support, and the plan for the week we listed. We ended up with a fully booked 4 days of broker/client visits, a broker Open house, and a regular open house. During all of which Diana was in the house - given the high level of interest - to answer questions. After four days and 23 offers, she helped us understand each offer so that we could decide our top choice and backups. We've bought and sold many homes and lots over the years - this was by far the best!
